  • Choose a program
  • Complete an online or in person application
  • Submit proof of completion of degree (High School or the Equivalent, or a College Degree and transcript evaluation. To earn transfer credit for college/university courses, the courses must be officially evaluated from an acceptable evaluation company.
  • Submit valid immigration documents ( passport data page and birth certificate).
  • Apply for scholarship were applicable
  • Sign up and attend connect-sessions (for new students only. Open to parents, guardian, and sponsors).
  • Wait for the admission decision to be made. Frequently check your EASE account for any updates.
  • Receive admission letter
  • Accept admission
  • Apply for and attend visa interview
  • Apply for housing and airport taxi with VIP EASE PACKAGE
  • Signup and attend travel and pre-arrival information session
  • On arrival to your school, contact the international student’s office and update your EASE account to reflect your arrival and enrollment within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Meet with your course advisor and register for classes.
  • Pay for courses.
